Explains the sign-in register and why it matters — it's a safety list, not just admin. Emphasise the every-single-time rule, including after breaks. Repeat the reason (fire safety) plainly on every card so the link to fire roll call is stated, not assumed. There is a separate visitor register upstairs which is not for the intern, mentioned only so they aren't confused if they see it.
